College of Media, Al-Iraqia University delivered a lecture on planning and making goals, the Faculty member in the College, Dr. Wathis Abbas Abdul Razzaq said. Dr. Abdul Razzaq added that the lecture reviewed the concept of career planning, the various strategies for planning its preparation stages, how to benefit from its application and reaching effective results in achieving the vision and goal of the educational institution. Dr. Abdul Razzaq continued by saying that the lecture highlighted the ways to overcome obstacles, choose appropriate departments, define responsibilities and powers and accurately use information in the future plan, as well as creating a creative and competitive environment among employees, linking performance indicators to the standards of development and leading the institution in its field, besides gaining knowledge and experience to achieve the highest quality standards in successful comprehensive management.
