A master's dissertation was discussed in the College of Environmental Sciences and Technologies, University of Mosul on using of polymeric aggregates as the base material supported by reinforced ceramic materials in construction with a positive environmental impact by the postgraduate student, Mr. Dhari Qais Haider. The dissertation aimed at selecting a polymeric material (epoxy) and using it to manufacture a polymeric composite material after strengthening it with selected reinforced and testing the capabilities of this compound material for mechanical properties for the purpose of determining its suitability to be part of the materials used in construction by subjecting it to a number of mechanical tests. The dissertation demonstrated that polymeric materials are of great interest by the researchers because of their ability to improve their properties in general and their physical properties in particular and that polymeric materials with stereoscopic geometry contain large areas through which changes or modifications can be made.
