Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research reviewed that “We congratulate our faculty members and staffs for their official starting and resuming their academic duties in universities, colleges and governmental and private institutes and we expressed our confidence on that the Iraqi academic institutions are moving towards strengthening their positions in the field of competition, developing the level of qualitative performance, focusing scientific and research programs and adapting their contents and objectives with the variables according to the mechanisms and ratios of attendance and digital services supporting in all specialties for the upcoming academic year 2022/2021”. Higher Education highlighted that “In order to reduce the impact of challenges and improve institutional performance, the Ministry emphasized on a flexible climate in managing burdens and tasks, reaching and achieving goals at the level of teaching and scientific research and contributing to community service and sustainable development”. Higher Education called on the faculty members and higher university administrations to achieve the highest levels of integration, consolidate the spirit of teamwork, absorb challenges, contribute to maintaining public health and take into consideration the directives and decisions of the Supreme Committee for Health and National Safety, especially its decision No. 26 for 2021.
