Higher Education and Scientific Research reviewed that “In order to provide scientific solutions and direct treatments and to support of public and private sector institutions, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the completion of its electronic platform for applied research, which includes more than forty thousand scientific projects that aims at linking all institutions with Iraqi universities and their scientific research centers to supplement their development and pioneering fields with applicable university studies in various service fields”. Higher Education Highlighted that the electronic platform provides applied projects related to the healthy environment, with  five thousand three hundred and eighty-five scientific research and thirty-two thousand six hundred and ninety-eight research in the field of community service and the Iraqi economy, while the researches on infrastructure development reached two thousand eight hundred and fifty-two research projects. Higher Education demonstrated that “ In light of its scientific policy and academic programs, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has completed the procedural stages of the platform supervised by the Directorate of Research and Development (https://appres.rdd.edu.iq) and applied research is ready to be implemented and to be linked problems to research solutions in all institutions.
