Excerpts from the television interview with the Minister of Higher Education and His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi, on the Al-Muhayid T.V show on Al-Iraqiya News Channel:

▪️The Bologna Process is one of the most important academic processes adopted in Iraqi universities for three years.

▪️We have succeeded in providing attractive majors and colleges for students, as well as medical and health fields.

▪️Students accepted into the College of Excellence at the University of Baghdad will receive a monthly salary of (200) thousand dinars.

▪️Admission to each scientific department in the College of Excellence and Artificial Intelligence will not exceed (30) students.

▪️The College of Excellence and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Baghdad will be the nucleus of an independent university.

▪️The number of applicants to the College of Excellence and Artificial Intelligence so far has reached more than (237) students.

▪️We have established ten colleges specializing in artificial intelligence at public and private universities.

▪️The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research provides programs that keep pace with modern specializations and the labor market.

▪️Our public and private universities have the ability to compete with their counterparts in the region and the world.

▪️This September, we will lay the foundation stone for the critical system for training and scientific research.

▪️This September or early October, we will lay the foundation stone for the central scientific laboratories.

▪️Private universities compete with public institutions in the results of the ministerial evaluation exam.

▪️We have established the College of Excellence for the Arabic Language. Those accepted into it will receive a master's degree upon completion of five years of study.

▪️Our universities' scientific research portfolio has reached (186) thousand research papers in global databases.

▪️International students from (47) nationalities around the world study at Iraqi universities.
