A master's dissertation was discussed in the College of Science, University of Diyala on the magnetic and electrical properties of cobalt-silica ferrite compounds prepared via using the sol-gel technique by the postgraduate student, Mr. Mohamed Burhan Jumaa. The dissertation aimed at preparing the structural, magnetic and electrical properties of Nano-particles made of cobalt ferrite. The dissertation demonstrated that the X-ray diffraction of all the main peaks of the cobalt ferrite Nano-particles were identical to the structure of the single spinel.
