University of Babylon organized a symposium on the criteria of the international ranking of (Times Higher Education) and academic publishing.
The symposium, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, reviewed the mechanisms of the publishing process according to adopted criteria by (Scopus.com, Thomson Reuters and Scrimmage) and identifying (H _index, Scopus and Thomson Reuters).
