College of Arts, University of Al-Mustansiriyah delivered an online lecture on the effectiveness of literary fiction, the critic, Mr. Saeed Abdul Hamid Al-Ghanmi said. Mr. Al-Ghanmi added that the online lecture reviewed the concept and model of rhetorical knowledge, which is a new approach that overlaps between fields and specialties and searches in the boundaries of knowledge for a place in which the rhetorical field exercises its effectiveness in the semantic depths, in order to reach the rhetorical level in which it nourishes the transformations of knowledge. Mr. Al-Ghanmi continued by saying that the online lecture highlighted the basics of the three-phase theory on which the rhetorical model relies.
