Center of Research and Studies, University of Al-Iraqia held an online course on forensic chemistry and the use of science in crime detection. The online course demonstrated the importance of chemistry, its role in revealing crimes and the development of the field of criminology. The online course reviewed the role of forensic chemistry, using laboratory equipment and chemical reagents in detecting and tracking crimes, how to deal with crime scenes and identifying types of fingerprints and methods for fingerprinting.
