During a meeting with the Director General of the Health Department of Najaf Governorate, Dr. Radhwan Al-Kindi, Dean of the College of Medicine, University of Kufa, Dr. Raed Muhammad Ridha Omran reviewed strengthening joint cooperation to confront the repercussions of the Corona epidemic. The meeting also reviewed the importance of forming joint advisory committees to study and review treatment protocols for Coronavirus patients for all specialties and to facilitate the task of research teams, as well as reviewing the databases of Coronavirus patients to carry out research related to the virus. The meeting highlighted the importance of training the students of Board, Diplomas, Pre-graduate studies, and the work of the faculty members in light of the changes were imposed by the repercussions of the Corona epidemic. For his part, Dr. Al-Kindi stressed on the importance of the role of the College of Medicine for its supportive positions and continuous support in hospitals besides their academic work and their continuation during the summer vacation.
