Higher Education reviewed with the American organization of IREX promoting academic cooperation between Iraqi universities and their American counterparts, Ministry’s Deputy for Scientific Research Affairs, Dr. Foud Qassim Mohammed said.
Dr. Mohammed added that the meeting reviewed the mechanism of scholarships, future projects and following up executed programs of the IREX.
Dr. Mohammed said that the meeting included organizing training programs in managing projects and e-education as well as rehabilitating postgraduates, developing scientific research sector and interesting in training and developing scientific staffs.
