His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa approved on 10 scholarships to obtain Ph.D. for who obtain submission from first 20 universities according to Shanghai Ranking , Director of Relations and Media and Spokesman, Dr. Haider M. J Al-Aboudi said.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that the Ministry will financially support the admitted student in order to encourage student to join the recognized universities to have graduates to support the Ministry and the other government’s institutions.
