His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.  Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi inaugurated the Victory Gate ( Bab Al-Nasir) at University of Anbar, its theater, sports stadium and a number of its college buildings. Dr. Al-Aboudi confirmed that the Ministry is keen on completing the infrastructure and construction of educational institutions in order to create an advanced scientific and academic environment in which quality requirements are available. required by the educational process. His Excellency that the Ministry is following a deliberate aspect to keep pace with the needs of universities within the contexts of development and rehabilitation of laboratories, classrooms and vital university facilities. Dr. Al-Aboudi toured the university's halls and projects, as well as His Excellency was reviewed by the university's President on the nature of the completed and under-construction projects, future plans and the needs of the University of Anbar to accommodate students in its faculties. His Excellency stressed on the importance of bridging positive cooperation between the university and State’s institutions in an optimal way that supports the environment of public services in the Provinces. Dr. Al-Aboudi toured the College of Administration and Economics and the university stadium, as well as inaugurating a number of development projects. His Excellency demonstrated the importance of simultaneous work between urban development and the continuation of scientific research that keeps pace with the movement of the labor market and achieves the requirements of sustainable development. It is worth mentioning that that inauguration was attending by Governor of Anbar, Mr. Ali Farhan Al-Dulaimi, the President of the University, Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Neda, and a number of university presidents, governorate officials and dignitaries.
