During a meeting with the Iraqi ambassador to Spain, Dr. Adel Mustafa, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib reviewed mechanisms of cooperation and coordination to provide scholarships to Iraqi students. His Excellency said that the Ministry is working on overcoming all possible obstacles that may face Iraqi scholars abroad and supporting them in order to complete their academic goal. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib added that the Ministry is keen on inking memoranda of understanding on the next period with Spanish universities in coordination with the Iraqi embassy in Madrid.
