In cooperation with Schlumberger Company, College of Engineering of Oil and Gas, Basra University of Oil and Gas organized a workshop on engineering software in the field of oil.
The workshop, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, included delivering lectures in the fields of software in oil sector in order to support the theoretical information that students learn in the field of geology and oil engineering
The workshop reviewed the software are a qualitative leap for the university in the field of oil and extractive industry which help the university to open an engineering advisory office in field of oil.
