Center for Continuing Education, University of Basrah organized an online workshop on the semiology of the language of discourse in the poems of Al-Taf incident. The online workshop aimed at analyzing the indications, signals and meanings of the discourse in Al-Taf incident by adopting the rules of semiology. The online workshop highlighted the concept of semiology, the language of communication, the concept of Arajiz, the peculiarities of the poems of Al-Taf incident and the semiology of the use of the term in the poems of Al-Taf . The online workshop reviewed the need to delve into the semiological analysis of poems of Al-Taf incident, as it indicates historical, ideological and religious links concerning the Islamic nation and humanity in general.
