University of Babylon honored a research team in the College of Science for Women for the scientific efforts in the studying of the interactions, electro-chemical properties of the emerging Corona Virus (COVID-19) and some of the selected drugs to inhibit and eliminate the virus, President the University, Dr. Adel Abbas Al-Musawi said. Dr. Al-Musawi added that the research was published in the scientific recognized journal with a Q2 impact factor in Scopus. It is worth mentioning that the research team was headed by Dr. Dakhil Nasser Taha Al-Zarkani and the of membership of Dr. Muhammad Hamid Saeed Al-Dulaimi, Dr. Ihsan Zia Jawad Al-Birmani, Dr. Uday Arkan Abbas Al-Uwaidi Al-Jobori, Dr. Talaat Tariq Al-Shammari and Dr. Sadiq Abdul Hussain Karim Al-Issawi. Dr. Al-Jobori said that the team is planning to publish a series of scientific researches on Corona pandemic.
