A joint research team in the Colleges of Science and Education, University of Al-Mustansiriyah conducted a study on preparing new thin films from pyrazole and its metal complex with nickel ion to develop the solar cell efficiency. The study, in which published in the Journal of Chemistry Research in Clarivate, reviewed that the effectiveness of the synthesized compounds will increase the efficiency of manufactured solar cells compared to the usual cells and improving the properties of porous silicon. It is worth mentioning that the research team in which conducted the study from College of Science, Dr. Ahmed Hussein Ismail, Dr. Basim Hatem and Dr. Ahmed Nagy and College of Education, Dr. Nadir Fadhel Haboubi
