College of Education, University of Al-Qadisiyah discussed a master dissertation on the appearance and molecularness of the efflux pump operon in Klebsiella Pneumoniae isolated from different clinical cases by the postgraduate student, Mrs. Areej Abed Al-Redha Makki. The dissertation highlighted isolating and diagnosing of bacteria via culture and biochemical methods, as well as using the diagnostic gene 16SrRNA, studying the resistance pattern, determining the dominant pattern, determining the minimum inhibitory concentration and investigating the mechanism of the efflux pump type AcrABR in the isolates under study besides determining the succession of nitrogenous bases for the pump genes, so that the effluent was drawn and the genetic tree was drawn and the phenotypic detection of the effluent pump was done using the wooden wheel method via using ethidium bromide dye. The dissertation reviewed that 18 out of 36 effluent pump isolates possessed the phenotypic detection via using (polymerase chain reaction).
