A joint research team from the Universities of Al-Mustansiriyah and Al-Nahrain conducted a joint study on the structural and optical performance of zinc nanoparticle oxide films tainted with tellurium. The joint study reviewed the structural, visual and morphological properties of the zinc oxide films that are not tainted with Tellurium, which were deposited via using the technology of thermochemical decomposition and membrane diagnosis via using X-ray diffraction technology, as well as measuring the value of the energy gap. The joint study, which was published in the British Journal of Materials Science and Engineering in Scopus, concluded that the membranes were of hexagonal type compact and predominant in directions (102) and that the value of the granular volume computed via using a spark equation ranging from (79-113) nm. It is worth mentioning that the joint research team was the faculty members in Al-Mustansiriyah University, Dr. Nader Fadhil, Dr. Sami Salman, Dr. Kamran Yaseen, Dr. Uday Mazen and the faculty member in the University of Al-Nahrain, Dr. Alaa Jabbar Ghazi.
