Two faculty members in the College of Science, University of Al-Mustansiriyah published a research in the Silicon International Journal on manufacturing of hybrid divider for silicon (p-AgO/Psi/ n-Si).
The research aimed at manufacturing silicon basing on the method of electrochemical development and improving its spectral characteristics via adding nanoparticles of silver with 60 nm of granular size.
The research reviewed that the efficiency of the solar cells via increasing of the factor the refill and spectral response.
