College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Karbala held a symposium on the most important scientific theories of acupuncture treatment and using it in treating autism and epilepsy.
The symposium reviewed chemical-biological, mechanical-biological and electromagnetic-biological theories of clinical properties of Chinese treatment method of acupuncture to treat autism, obesity, hormonal imbalances, microbial infections and epilepsy.
