The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that applications for the third edition of the Higher Education Reading Award will close on Sunday, September 28, 2025.
For their part, the Ministerial Organizing Committee reviewed that only two days remain before the platform closes, as well as the number of registered students for the award has reached more than 26,000, including undergraduate and postgraduate students and international students at Iraqi universities.
It is worth to be mentioned that students competing to read Malek Ben-Nabi's book (The Problem of Culture) will take an online test on Saturday, October 4, at 11:00 AM, to win the award, which has a total value of 100 million Iraqi dinars.
