Arab Administrative Development Organization, League of Arab States published a book entitled "Enhancing the Competitiveness of Quality Indicators of Higher Education, Challenges and Available Strategic Options for Higher Education in Iraq, Ministry’s Deputy for Administrative and Strategic Affairs, Dr. Salah Abdul Qadir Al-Noaimi said.
Dr. Al-Noaimi added that the book reviewed the adopted indicators in quality of higher education within the indicators of the competitive economy and Davos conference.
Dr. Al-Noaimi continued by saying that the book analyzed the main indicators of the national strategy of education and higher education as indicators of the quality of higher education in a harmony with the indicators of the international competitive economy.
