His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “We extend sincere congratulations and heartfelt wishes to all of our honorable Iraqi people on the occasion of the new year of the twenty-third after the two thousandth”.

Dr. Al-Aboudi added that “We ask Almighty God with the advent of the New Year to grant our country and the peoples of the world more success, achieving goals, goodness and peace”.
