His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “We extend our warmest congratulations and blessings to the Iraqi police and all its formations on the 101st anniversary National Day”.

Dr. Al-Aboudi added “We congratulated all the loyal heroes who defend the society, watch to protect its security with dedication and courage and we ask God for mercy for the martyrs of the Ministry of Interior and its ranks and healing for its brave wounded”.
