During a tour to the medical research centers at the University of Mosul and follow up the reconstruction processes in its large central library, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib reviewed the departments and laboratories of radioactive drugs, physics, radiological planning and positron emission tomography. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib urged coordinating with State’s institutions of qualitative competencies and crystallization of the required integration spaces that meet the community's need for scientific, research and health services. His Excellency followed up the reconstruction processes at the University of Mosul, as well as visiting the Central Library building, which was destroyed by Daaish. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib praised the university’s efforts and insistence on rebuilding damaged buildings, accelerating the pace of work, setting appropriate time for rehabilitation, opening it up to international organizations and providing an environment for cooperation to mitigate the current challenges.
