The study highlighted estimating and examining the level of both oxidative stress and antioxidants in a sample of people with hydatid disease in Iraq via biochemical analyzes. The study concluded that there was a clear increase in the level of Malone Di Aldehyde (MDA) coinciding with a decrease in the level of enzymes (SOD, GSH-Px, CAT, GST, GSH) in the erythrocytes of patients with cysts compared with their levels in healthy people, as well as the importance of These are laboratory parameters and their potential for use in disease diagnosis.
