University of Al-Mustansiriyah’s master dissertation discussed
on evaluating of the hormone Irisin and some physiological variables in Iraqi
females who practice sports by the postgraduate student, Mrs. Qatter Al-Nada
Jassim Muhammad.
The dissertation aimed at investigating the physiological and
immunological effect of Irisin on Iraqi females who practice sports.
The dissertation demonstrated measuring body mass index,
complete blood picture, leptin, body fat, immunoglobulins (IgG, IgM) and
thyroid hormones.
The dissertation concluded the effect of exercise on the body,
iris, physiology and immunity of Iraqi females who exercise.
