A master's dissertation was discussed in the College of Biotechnology, Al-Qasim Green University on the molecular characterization of Genes for virulence factors associated with immune resistance and antibiotics in Klebsiella bacteria by the postgraduate student, Mrs. Nihad Al-Bakri. The dissertation aimed reviewed the molecular characterization of some virulence factor Genes related to antibiotic resistance and immune resistance in Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria. The dissertation demonstrated that the bacteria is responsible for many injuries such as infections of the competitive system, urinary tract, burn injuries, wounds, middle ear and other injuries.
