During the 2nd international scientific conference on the legal confrontation against human trafficking, College of Law, University of Misan reviewed the constitutional framework for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms and their impact on confronting human trafficking crimes. The conference demonstrated the mechanisms of combating human trafficking crimes and the course of international policy, as well as reviewing the policy of the criminal legislator in the field of provisions of trafficking crimes via clarifying their legal structure, elements, elements, controls, interest and protection place. The conference highlighted the scientific and research ideas and visions of practical importance that were distributed among the specializations of public and private law, as well as the opinion of Islamic Sharia on this extremely dangerous phenomenon at the international and national levels. The conference recommended the necessity of amending the Human Trafficking Law No. (28) for 2012, to punish the commission of the crime of human trafficking in the event of establishing, managing or belonging to an organized criminal group, or contributing to its criminal activities.
