College of Marine Sciences, University of Basrah organized a symposium on the reality of waste recycling in Basrah Governorate. The symposium addressed the harmful waste and ways to utilize it optimally to reduce the health problems caused against humans. The symposium reviewed the possibility of using waste to generate energy to create a safe environment, as well as explaining ways to recycle oil and salt waste and ways to exploit it in the industrial aspect and reduce pollution.
