College of Science, University of Al-Mustansiriyah organized an online workshop on the risks of Alzheimer's disease and modern methods in discovering it. The online workshop reviewed the health risks caused by Alzheimer's disease, in light of the continuous increase in cases of infection, especially as Iraq has become the tenth globally in cases of death from this disease. The online workshop also reviewed the most prominent modern methods for its early diagnosis and preventive ways to limit its spread. The online workshop demonstrated the scientific definition of Alzheimer's disease, the causes that lead to it and officially declared infection rates in Iraq and comparing them with international ratios.
