College of Food Sciences, Al-Qasim Green University organized a symposium on the modern horizons in the field of dairy technology.
The symposium, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, reviewed pros and cons of heat treatment of milk, its impact on nutritional value and non-thermal techniques used to keep the milk.
