A faculty member in the College of Science for Women, University of Babylon published a book on general biochemistry.
The book included 11 chapters on biochemistry, carbohydrates, amino acids, lipids, enzymes, vitamins, nucleotides, nucleic acids, bioenergy, bio metabolites, hormones and minerals.
The book reviewed that biochemistry is a molecular interpretation of life processes as well as being a science that is interested in studying processes related to living things.
