Al-Karkh University of Science published a book on the judicial supervision of arbitration in disputes in light of administrative contracts.
The book reviewed effect of judicial supervision in arbitration, the preventive role in reducing invalid arbitration judgments and how to find solutions of these provisions.
The book included two chapters on the extent of judicial supervision over arbitration in disputes of administrative contracts and the judicial supervision via the invalidity of the implementation of the arbitration cases.
