College of Medicine, University of Al-Mustansiriyah conducted a study the evaluation of chemical immunoassay in interleukin-10 and thermal shock protein 90 in prostate cancer. The study conducted the test on 40 samples of prostate cancer and compared it with 20 samples of normal tissue and 43 samples of benign prostatic hyperplasia, in order to demonstrate their role in the process of developing prostate cancer and their association with some other clinical pathogens. The study concluded that the percentage of interleukin 10 and heat shock protein 90 is high in tissue containing prostate cancer compared to the healthy samples and that they have a close relation with (high grade and stage), which confirms the possibility of using antagonists of them as an immunotherapy for patients of prostate cancer.
