Mosul University: On New Fungal Isolates Gene & International Genebank

The head of the Department of Environmental Sciences in the College of Environmental Sciences and Technology, University of Mosul, Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim found out new fungal isolates gene and they were registered by his name in the International Genebank. The study reviewed the new isolate MIK-F1 and MIK - F2 carried the name of the inventor (Mohammad Ibrahim Khalil) associated with the name of the University. The study recommended that early detection programs for this disease will be helpful to avoid future consequences and benefit from high-fat treatments to treat hyperlipidemia. It is worth mentioning that these genes were not previously registered with the International Genebank, which is a source and reference for all genes and the discovered isolates all over the world.
