Center for Continuing Education, University of Information Technology and Communications held an online workshop on artificial intelligence and its role in facing Covid-19, President of the University, Dr. Abbas Mohsin Al-Bakri said. Dr. Al-Bakri added that the online workshop demonstrated the contributions of artificial intelligence in searching for a treatment or to limit the spread of Corona virus. Dr. Al-Bakri continued by saying that the online workshop reviewed that the artificial intelligence as a motivated force for knowledge exchange and producing a pandemic vaccine. It is worth mentioning that the online workshop recommended supporting specific specialties and investing in the field of computers in general and artificial intelligence in particular in the medical field.
