College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Kirkuk delivered an online lecture on the implementations of Access program in administrative work in universities, the Faculty Member in the College, Mr. Yousof Mohammed said. Mr. Mohammed added that the online lecture reviewed categories and administrative staffs that can benefit from the advantages and capabilities of the program, especially the lecturers of scientific departments, heads of the departments, administrative departments, the library and registration. Mr. Mohammed continued by saying that the online lecture also reviewed the role of Access, its advantages in building databases and adopting them by users in administrative work fields. It is worth mentioning that the online lecture demonstrated program’s contribution to save effort, time and accuracy in decision-making as it provides the possibility to import and export data to and from Excel programs and other databases.
