College of Agriculture, University of Kufa organized an online workshop on the polymerase chain reaction PCR device in term of using, application and benefiting via Free Online Call platform. The online workshop highlighted PCR technique, its history, uses and applications. The online workshop reviewed the reaction result which benefits many experiments, such as analyzes and cloning, as well as reviewing the sequence of nitrogenous bases, mutations, DNA and paternity test.
