During receiving the Ministry’s portfolio from former Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Qusay Al-Suhail on Thursday morning, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr.Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib said that the Ministry will move toward new work plans in which durations of implementation will be within specific timelines to develop the higher education sector in Iraq. His Excellency added that the Ministry will address the issues due to the exceptional circumstances of the educational sector and the rest of sectors due to the Corona pandemic. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib expressed the Ministry’s keenness on achieving accomplishments that will achieve quantum leaps in the field of scientific researches and activating its marketing wheel via strengthening bilateral relations between the education and the Iraqi Ministries. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib confirmed on developing the university environment in a way, which meets its scientific goals.
