Under the patronages of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Al-Karkh University of Science organized a national conference on evaluating e-learning experience in the Iraqi universities, President of the University, Dr. Thamir Abd Al-Ameer said. Dr. Abd Al-Ameer added that the conference reviewed  a number of axes on the role of academic leaders at the level of the Ministry and the Universities in managing the e-learning process in light of the current crisis, assessing the degree of response and performance of the faculty members and students to experience e-learning, evaluating the experience of electronic educational platforms for universities and mechanisms for sustaining the current experience, working on developing it and gradually starting the transition from traditional education to e-learning. Dr. Abd Al-Ameer continued by saying the conference was organized in light of the international crisis due to Corona epidemic to come up with recommendations to transmit from the traditional education to e-learning. It is worth mentioning that the employees of the Ministry, PMs in the Educational Committees, Presidents of the Universities, Assistants and Colleges’ Deans were participated.
