A research study was discussed in the College of Science, University of Al-Nahrain on using method for tracking the maximum energy point based on the temperature of the (PV) Photovoltaic surfaces.

The study aimed at studying the impact of the temperature of the surface of the solar cell on the outer properties the solar cell via using a mathematical equation to estimate the temperature and use of the solar cell.

The study included using the PSPICE simulation program to design a solar cell model at 75 watts and a 4.8 amp with 21 volts at different environmental conditions, such as changing the intensity of solar radiation and ambient temperature, as well as changing the temperature of the solar cell.

The study reviewed designing a DC-DC voltage lifter to increase the efficiency of the solar system, as well as lifting the DC-DC voltages to increase the efficiency of the photoelectric system.
