College of Basic Education, University of Wasit held a workshop on the brain neuromodulator between mental programming and practical applications. The workshop reviewed that the postmodern era in which the orientation towards the deconstructive system of knowledge became where educational schools left most theories, including behavioral and most cognitive theories, but the theory of cognitive structure and the mechanism of the brain’s work was effective in deconstructing concepts for the purpose of creating modern trends In education. The workshop highlighted that the theory is still undeveloped and continuing to be developed with all theoretical and applied specializations that deal with real and virtual humans.
