College of Business Economics, University of Al-Nahrain held an online workshop on the typical implementing of linear programming in credit granting decisions in banking institutions. The online workshop reviewed model employment opportunities for linear programming and programming of goals to support decision-making in banking institutions, as well as comparing the two models as possible alternatives for credit decision-makers that establish a sustainable partnership between universities and banking institutions and enhancing the positive role of the university in its local environment. The online workshop highlighted banking departments with the benefits of the typical practical application of linear programming, programming of goals and other applications that support decision-making.
