A research team in the College of Materials Engineering, University of Babylon manufactured to accelerate wound healing, Head of the team, Dr. Jalel Kareem Ahmed said.
Dr. Ahmed added that the material includes producing of very thin films of iodine bio-polymer, similar to light nylon bags that can be covered the wound, and even if it is deep then the wound will be healed faster than the normal period.
